TEST CHANGED TO NEXT FRIDAY

Due to some information I received today regarding a scheduling conflict I am moving the test from next Thurs. to next Fri.
Study Guide For Test

Things To Know:

Mean, Median, mode, and range (know how to calculate and find these in different types of graphs.

Cumulative Frequency table

Stem and Leave Plot

Line Plot

If I gave you a table of information you need to be able to tell me which graph is best for that information.

Line Graphs

Know what interval and scale are and how to select a reasonable interval and scale for data.

Know how to graph an ordered pair (coordinates)  This was the game you played with your parents.  (start at the origin and go over and up.

Advice:

Go over your homework.

Go back to chapter 7 and 8.  Read the examples and then practice doing problems....do not just look it over.

I will put some more suggestions and examples on this blog, so keep checking!
